Hidayah AI is an Islamic life-companion app. AI features are informational only — they are not a fatwa, not medical advice, and not a replacement for qualified scholars.

3. Your account

You're responsible for your account, your password, and the activity on your account. Don't share your account or misuse the service.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, or hateful content.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of the AI service.
• Respect other users in community features.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Prayer times and Qibla direction are best-effort calculations — verify with local scholars when in doubt.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hidayah AI and its contributors are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
